It's only logical that Laurie Anderson, the first lady of New
York's performance art avant-garde would end up marrying edgy New York
songwriter Lou Reed. But there are so many rumors surrounding
their love life that it's hard to know exactly what is going on their
lives. Last we heard, they were divorced; because Laurie wanted
children and Lou did not.
